The pool was perfect for my small children, and we spent hours enjoying it. The complimentary fitness center was also a nice touch. The breakfast spread was impressive and kept us fueled for our adventures throughout the day.

In my wife’s opinion, the hotel could really use more kid-friendly dining options.

Great staff especially the gentleman that looks like he could be the late Richard Pryor's son. Very welcoming and accommodating. We had a little situation with the A.C. but one call and Angel was there to fix it in no time. I mean this guy was like the fixer that you need in your corner. Breakfast was top-notch! Hot, lotta choices, and they let our Sailor eat with us. Really makes ya feel like youre being taken care of.

Wasn't exactly wallet-friendly but you get what you pay for, right?

Parking was a bit crowded at times, especially during peak hours, and having no fridge or microwave in the room was inconvenient for snacks or leftovers. A simple change in breakfast options would also help, maybe adding bacon instead of sausage. Just a few small areas to improve, but I’d stay here again. very accommodating overall.

Our stay was a blast! We loved hitting the gym, which was open 24 hours, and checking out the deals at Gurnee Mills just 7 miles away. The staff was super friendly and always kept the breakfast stocked, even if a bit more variety would be nice.
